Alujá (also written Aluyá) is a batá toque for Changó, and according to Proyecto Orunmila's Lucumí dictionary also for Oyá: very lively, with a lot of dancing.
Alujá is one of Changó's toques, alongside Bayubá and Chachalokafún (furius.ca toque database).
That Alujá is played for both Changó and Oyá fits what Kenneth Schweitzer describes in The Artistry of Afro-Cuban Batá Drumming: toques do not always belong to one Orisha, but sometimes to a few, to many or to all.
