Gaga - dance
De Haïtiaanse gaga-dans in Cuba is een levendige Afro-Caribische traditie die Haïtiaanse en Cubaanse culturele elementen mengt:
- Oorsprong: Meegebracht naar Cuba door Haïtiaanse migranten, met name suikerrietarbeiders, in de late 19e–vroege 20e eeuw.

- Muziek: Kenmerkt bamboezen of metalen trompetten (vaksin), trommen en vraag-en-antwoord zang.
- Dansstijl: Energieke, processieachtige bewegingen met sterke gemeenschappelijke participatie.
- Taal: Gebruikt vaak Haïtiaans Creools teksten, soms gemengd met Spaans.
